After mentioning Philippine bands Urbandub and Typecast, I want to introduce you the 3rd band who are entering Europe this month for an exclusive acoustic set up - Faspitch!

25th years

Anniversary Tour

Back story

Formed in 2000 in Cebu, Philippines, Faspitch are Henry Allen (vocals), Russell Manaloto (guitars), John Dinopol (guitars), Martin Jules Macario (bass) and Andrew Lauchengco (drums). Perhaps it may be too difficult to box them into a particular category, because Faspitch is not easily to be described. The influences are strongly into Nu Metal, Alternative Rock and 2000s sound, known for an experimental, high-energy sound.

Off-stage, the members are constantly hacking over ideas on how to change their sound. On-stage, the experiment takes place, their presence always leaving an audience gaping in wonder about what just happened.

The band released their first single, "Staying This Way" on the airwaves, later following it up with "A Day Before Pisces" that gained more grounds building up their community. The single was included in the compilation FULL VOLUME, which was released by EMI Music and includes tracks from their label mates, Urbandub and The Ambassadors. This is what prompted the band to take a step further in releasing a full-length album. They inked a deal with Lighter Records on April 1, 2005.

Faspitch's goal is as typical as any other band's aim to take music to the next level. Individually, they train themselves to concentrate more on their skills as musicians.

This is made clear in their newly released, year-long project and debut album THE FUTURE OF EAR REPAIR, which is available in selected music outlets around the Philippines today.

The self-titled album released in 2014 is a prime example of how the band members have developed their own unique and distinctive sound over the years.  The acoustic version, released in 2024, gave the songs a completely different vibe.

Since 2019, the band has released several highly successful singles:

  • Skin (2019),
  • Flame (2019),
  • Pain (2021),
  • Heart Strength (2022),
  • Fiend (2023),
  • This Love (2024) and
  • The Risk (2024).

As well the band is signed under "Tower of Doom" since 2019. There are great expectations that the band is going to be rocking the scene! Faspitch released their recent single, "Grace," on 28th October 2025.

Be sure to join the event! The members come for an exclusive acoustic set up this month to London and Dublin, joining the bands Urbandub and Typecast in Europe for the first time!
