Exactly almost 7 years ago, I re-created the Discomfort Wings blog after my journey to Seoul in April 2019, when I got to know the local scene with Lustrouble. Without this contact, I would never have restarted again, since Discomfort Wings was already available from 2010 to 2013 in German on Blogspot.

Lustrouble is a Korean rock/metal band based in Seoul and was founded at the end of 2018 - a group that sings about humans' lust and love. Looking back to the concerts I could see so far from them, it always fascinated me that the band has two vocals, who perfectly fit each other in song concepts.

Their sound is a genre mix of alternative, rock, nu-metal, and rap, founded by vocalist Daeho Kim. They also got attention in the beginning of the band's history by covering "POP/ STARS" by K/DA of the world-famous online game League of Legends.

Everything to the End

29.04.2026. Seoul, South Korea. Since the beginning of the band, the significant sound of Lustrouble is the contrast of two melodic voices. This duality is also perfectly represented on this EP.

Everything. With "Everything", LT opens the release of the main title as a music video of their 3-song EP, including the newest members. Room number 506. This song in a new vocal arrangement was released already in 2019 for the first time. Mixed in English and Korean, the listener feels the situation of the protagonist, who tries to express the feelings of love, lust, and revenge.

Welcome to the End. Lustrouble reflects here the end of the EP as well as the end of the protagonists, who loved and hated each other through the lyrics. It comes with an emotional impact mostly, and Daeho's rap parts are very present.
